1. I tried to download the "openBVE Express Reference Guide" short time ago. But it shows a HTTP403 error.
2. After that, I go to the "Download" page, it redirect to a Google Apps login page.
Is there an error or a new download center coming up?

而 HTTP 403 Error 的問題本人尚未發現問題，不如嘗試一下按右鍵 -> 另存目標。
