從會員註冊機制入手：
因為有一些駭客程式，透過phpBB 討論區的註冊漏洞（如用家自行啟動會員帳號），自動開立垃圾會員帳號，
帖文會有進入釣魚式網站的連結，盜取受害網民個人資料。

要改變廣告文出現，只能將會員註冊制度，由討論區管理員負責開啟會員帳號了。

Seems like they love to annoy me....
Thinking if ban IP as a possible solution, as long as that axx-hole does not use proxy.......
Well, they are using Ukranian proxy, mainly of ISP kyivstar (178-137-16-195,178-137-160-74-,178.137.19.200)and this ip 46.211.125.47...
I will ban but I don't think it will be useful
P.S. I would say this is madness, more than 5 pages of advertisment at C1a
