好消息:
0.4 版經已推出!

This version introduces initial support for audio. This includes almost all sounds that do not change in pitch/speed, namely compressor, brake and door sounds, announcements at stations and some others. Not included are the motor, flange or rub sounds, because their speed depends on the speed of the train. These sounds will only be available in version 0.5. Note: The Loop.wav sound is currently played for all motor cars and the front car, which gives a first impression of how doppler effects could sound in the exterior view.

Additionally, an AI, which is intended to represent a human driver, not an ATO system, is introduced, which can be toggled on/off via the F9 key. The same AI is also used for pretrains, which are now also available and can be shown as an actual object in 3D. This is provided that the Route.RunInterval (or Train.Interval) command was used. For the Track.PreTrain command, it is not realistically possible to use an exterior view, because the command relies on scripted timings and positions, which interfer with a realistically fast moving train. The command is still supported, though, and both of them will affect the signalling accordingly. At the end of the track, the visible pretrain will simply continue driving past the end and will be disposed of then.

The first interface elements are available, although please note that they are only stubs. Included is a messaging system which informs about exceeding the route and signal limits, the stations and the like. A stop indicator similar to BVE 2 is also included. I decided against making speed limit and signal previews available, because a normal driver wouldn't see a signal in a sharp curve for example, so a signal preview would prevent the surprise effect here. Instead, signal glow will be provided in future versions to better see far away signals. As the marker image is included in openBVE (not in BVE 4), it should suffice in informing the player about things to come.

Just to mention it: openBVE uses a 3D positional audio system, which means that all sounds are mono and originate from an actual position in the 3D world. Stereo and surround effects are achieved by comparing the direction the camera is facing at with the positions of the audio sources and feeding the speakers accordingly. Doppler effects are also provided for all sounds. If you have a Dolby Digital 5.1 system, you will be very pleased with openBVE's 3D audio, hopefully.

原來 M-Train 的 Vertex 錯左, 根據 Readme.txt:
readme.txt 寫:You can also use your own cars, provided that the objects are centered around the x- and z-coordinates, and the bottom of the wheels is at y=0.

未修正 (左) 及已修正 (右) 之效果:

可見如果無(調)校好 Vertex 既話, 架車轉彎時係列車既前面會見到佢架車係怪怪地
(落斜都係, 好似openBVElabHK video 00003 01:40 - 01:55 個陣咁怪)

依家架車仲有少少野要(調)校, 遲下問問啊 Simon Man, 如果佢俾既話我就會 Post 響依道 (HKBVE) 同 openBVElabHK.

今日/聽日開始整我愛既 K-Train (URL version & TCL version)

其實 openBVE 係可以 load 到 BVE Trainsim 2 or 4 的 file
但係如果想玩到 openBVE 獨有的功能 / 效果就要大改。openBVE 可以畀你改到好多野,佢的意思係想畀開發的人想 set d 乜就可以 set d 乜,你想有幾細緻就可以整到有幾細緻。個 game 唔會限住你,只係你想唔想整。
